Shipping policy
Any in-stock item designated for shipment will be processed and shipped out within one business day (Monday through Friday
except certain holidays) of receipt of order. Remember that items sent via ground service will generally arrive within 5-7
business days. Please keep in mind most shipping companies do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or on weekends or Holidays.
Return Policy
You may return most items sold by Kutztown Airport within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return
shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
